awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks so much for the kind words CaptMicha and Corky. I have just recently started "trying" to grow these. My Dad is the expert. These are his babies and strangly enough they overwinter in his Zone 7. He lives in upstate South Carolina about 150 miles from me. These are growing beside his swimming pool in red clay soil. The only thing he does to them is "waters them". (I think I'm gonna have to bring a truck load of that red clay soil down here if that's the secret!!!). Angel Trumpet's have been a big part of his life as his mother grew them when he was a young boy and they hold special memories for him. Looks like his mother is smiling down on him with this display this year! I know she would be proud.

That's so awesome, I'm going to have to buy some and see if it'll survive here!
Capt:
Once we get some cuttings rooted, I will send you a couple if you would like.
That's be great! What kind of things are you looking for in trade?
Truely spectacular !! For 5 years I have tried to grow one of these in a big pot and have yet to get one single bloom !
