blossom died

Marysville, WA(Zone 7a)

I went out to the sunroom this morning to find the 3 1/2 inch blossom on Enchanted had fallen off.Nights have hardly been down to the lower 50's, but cool enough it seems. Is there a temperature point at which buds will cease to grow ? There are 3 more buds forming so I will try bringing the plant into the house in hopes it will flower.

What a shame. Do you have other buds?

I have had some buds drop also but lots more are still blooming. My nights are in the 50s. I think it also has to do with the length of daylight also. I remember my buds all flowering even if smaller, but they stop setting now ones.

There are 6 more little tykes venturing out.Maybe I can add some supplemental artificial light to help out.

My cuttings are going nuts under 1 cool and 1 warm fluorescent light. I have 2 cuttings that are actually flowering. One is still in water. They both were tiny, tiny buds when I took the cuttings.

balvanie, I live in Spokane, and it's been chilly, but not freezing yet. I have my Brugs up on my porch so they can be closer to the house and more out of the wind. They are now blooming. I put a cotton sheet over them at night (sometimes) if it get's too cold. I am avoiding bringing mine inside until I absolutely have to because they have so many buds and those will fall off if I bring them indoors.

thanks for the tip Karrie.Maybe a sheet at night and light in the daytime will make them happy.
