Ouch! Got on the scale this morning -- I was going to defer for a month, but took the initiative and hopped on. I almost screamed when i realized that I've gained ten pounds since moving here. Plus, it put me in a ten pound range that I do NOT like.
So, unfortunately, I'm basically back to the worst I have ever been in my entire life.
While it has depressed me a bit, it also has given me strong motivation -- sad that my first threshhold goal is to get to where I was when I moved here. Ah well - the weight was gained in 6 months, so it should surely come off quickly.
Little things for today:
Vitamins
Extra water
Tuna and chef salad - my old stand-by lunch when I am eating well - not sure why I ever gave this up except I lost all routine when I moved.
I'm still cycling to work, so that is good.
