I am totally motivated now........Spouse and I went to a bodybuilding show last night (spectators only). Good thing I am getting totally motivated, time is running short! Practice, practice, practice on the routine and the mandatories. I pretty much have my routine down, now to get it to "flow" with the music. Just had my yogurt and a couple handfuls of dry roasted unsalted peanuts. Hope that holds me till noon. I sure don't want my tummy growling during church. But, being up at the organ, probably nobody would hear it anyway. Eating is going pretty decent, trying to cut down on the carbs so it isn't such a shock in the next couple weeks. we were told to cut out the sodium the last week too. Looks like it will be lo-cal water for me! LOL
