Do you have spare seeds of your plants for me?

Huntington, IN(Zone 5b)

Aknapp--oh my these are not it. What you showed me looks like the crimson red pincushion a fairly new hybrid. No definately not it.
Another name that is used is "Torchlily" that is what I am looking for. Thankyou sooo much for taking the time to post picture. This torchlily is a very unique looking perennial much enjoyed by me.

Hi..Gumlla..what I will do is..after the big trading during December (if they are not all traded out) I will gladly do sase and give you priority. I have quite a few but will have to see. You can contact me again around first week of January.

I am really sorry for being such a dolt!!! If I had thought about it for a moment I would have known that wasn't the one you wanted!

I do have the orange/yellow one and also a red but I know when I saved seeds that they all got put together instead of keeping them seperate.

I did a search and came across this page which has some really incredible ones!!

I think my wish list just got a little longer!

Hi Aknapp...I just went to the hyperlink and the sad thing is the pictures do not do them justice. I did enjoy the page though. Do you know the species name of yours? The all red one? Even though they are mixed I would be willing to try them to get the red.Do you have a picture of the red one? I have lots seeds if you want to trade.
This coming up fall 2005 I should have the greenish-yellow ones, I bought 4 seedlings and I am hoping they will bloom and give me seeds? I saw the parent so I know what it looks like.
Mcclure and Zimmerman magazine, I just got it.
Nancys red--bright red flower spikes? Could that be it. Maybe I am obsessed with these???
The desriptions are so similiar it is hard to tell.
Now I am wandering if I have traffic lights because mine is defenately tri-colored???? I am puzzled.
This one sounds pretty. Bressingham sunbeam..Copper-yellow flowers with red stems. oooohhhh.

Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

I love these, I had at least 25 to 30 of these..I hated leaving them when I moved. I did give tons away to friends and sent some to DG friends.
they are one of the best plants for hummingbirds, and what a show stopper they are.
I had several different varieties, and colors.

Greensburg, IN(Zone 6a)

they have these seeds here, $2.50 for 25 seeds

Thanks for the link I am hoping to find a few different variety on Daves. It gets costly with shipping and handling charges.
Bressingham is not as pretty as I thought.
Sometimes it takes three years for bloom. They said blooms from first year of seed..Hmmm I highly doubt that. Maybe the second year, guess I will find out this upcoming year.
