Please keep my cat Sheba in your thoughts Thursday, as we will be euthanizing her. She is 15 and has had mammary cancer for the past year. She has reached the point that she is no longer able to get comfortable nor able to keep weight on. I do not wish her to suffer any longer. She has been my constant companion since she was 8 weeks old. She has seen me through a bad marriage, divorce, raising my son alone, and a move to another state. She will be greatly missed by all those who know her. During all that time I never considered adding another cat to the family. Last October I started getting the idea that adding a kitten to the mix might be nice. 2 weeks after adding 2 kitty boys to the family we discovered Sheba had cancer. She has spent the last year teaching them how to be "Good" kittys... They will not take her place but at least she knows I will be taken care of.
