Alocasia Polly & Split-leaf philo

Denver Metro Area, CO(Zone 5a)

I have a beautiful, 18" tall Alocasia Polly with 9 or 10 gorgeous leaves (leaves range in size, several are at or near a foot long). Also have a very good-sized, healthy split-leaf philodendrun (monsterosa) available for trade. Each is a fairly large plant.

Does anyone have rooted epi's, hoyas, passifloras or unusual succulents to trade for these?
Thanks for considering!

I think we can work out a trade. I would like the Polly and will forward to you in just moments a picture of something from which you might just want some cuttings, rootings or established smaller plant.

I'm sending out packages today!!!

NotMartha - It's a dang good thing I posted what I was going to do. I've been sick and in my own world therefore had no idea. I'm so glad I didn't box up all this stuff. Thank you, thank you!!!

Now for my pictures because I do not know the name of this vine. I'm also going to post this on the ID Forum.

I think they call it a horse head philodendrun....

If this vine does not tickle your fancy, please do not have a second thought about saying NO!! You absolutely will not hurt my feelings in the least!!

Hi Judy,
If I cannot find an epiphyllum or one of the others I listed, I will get back to you on this one, OK? Yours is in the same family as my split-leaf and I was hoping to "branch out" a little more;) Have to admit that it's very pretty, though!
Many thanks,
Diane

I have a well rooted night blooming cereus if you are interested in
trading it for the poly.

I withdraw my offer if that is ok. I found a polly locally.
Thank you so much

Dear Gina,
You're right--Polly's are easier to find. Maybe I can interest you in a daylily for trade, next summer?
Thank you for your offer,
Diane

Diane that sounds great.
If you would like I could send you some cuttings.
I surely don't mind.

Hi Gina,
If ever there was a person who was, "Rooting challenged," I am that person! I must overwater, I guess? If you will please remember me next spring, I'll let you know what is getting divided in the daylily patch and I'll be sure to have something for a fair trade on a rooted division.
Maybe I could even put it outdoors for the summer:) !
Thanks again,
Diane

That sounds great! :-)

EMH48,
Thanks for answering my email. I'm glad to hear that you had a good birthday and that Alocasia Polly was one of your gifts! We'll trade again--I've tucked your cannas (our earlier trade) to sleep in the basement:)
Thanks!

Gonna make this into two separate offerings...please look for new threads.
Thanks!
Diane
