found another cookbook at work called "all about braising by molley stevens. i have never used this method but everything in the book looks so great that i have to go out and buy a braising pot. if anyone is interested in this type of cooking and are looking for recipes, just give me a holla and i'll be glad to send it out. one that caught my eye was braised endive with prociutto.
another one that looked good was zinfandel pot roast with glazed carrots and fresh sage.
