HAVE: Marigold Red Marietta for Postage or Trade

Pocola, OK(Zone 7a)

This is for SASE OR Trade, not both. If you send me seeds, I don't expect you to send me postage too.

I have lots and lots of these seeds. They are absolutely beautiful while they are new for about 3 or 4 months.
By the end of the season, they are looking more like the pics on the right of the page in the link below.

Please reply here first so I can keep track of everybody. I already have bubble envelopes so all I need is .49 postage stamps + .10 for the bubble envelope. My address is in the address exchange. From your Home page, go to extras, and then to Dave's Garden address exchange. If you are not a member, you will need to sign up.

For those of you who like Paypal, you can send it through Paypal. .91 total should take care of postage, PayPal fees and bubble envelope. Paypal charges me .30 + 3% of the total. Don't forget to include your DG username and real address. Email me for my Paypal email.

Sherri

Edited to say that I now two accounts with Paypal. A business account and a free account. If you have an account with Paypal and your money is coming directly from your checking account, you can get these seeds without having to pay the fees. If the money is coming from a credit card in your Paypal account, you will need to send it to my business account, thus the fees. Even with paying the fees, it still ends up being about .05 cheaper to the business account than sending by snail mail.

SASE on the way to you! Thanks!! Those are beautiful!!!

Seward, AK(Zone 3b)

Cherishlife, would love some seeds. Will get SASE in the mail. Let me know if you'd like anything from my tradelist. No sense it sending the envelope without some seeds in it.

Pocola, OK(Zone 7a)

Weezingreens, I would LOVE to have some of your Marigold Harlequins. That would be perfect. Thank you! I will get your seeds out to you today or tomorrow.

Seward, AK(Zone 3b)

I'll do the same, CL. Those Harlequins are wonderful! This summer was my first time growing them, and I intend to grow them every summer from now on. I also grew some of the Naughty Mariettas, so I know I'll like your seed. I also like the signet types... they smell soooo good.

Leesville, SC(Zone 8a)

Would love some seeds cherishlife. Will be emailing you for paypal address.

Thanks...
Rhonda

Seward, AK(Zone 3b)

LOL, CL! I know what you mean about seed inventory! I have listed seeds on my tradelist, numbering the potential trades at 6. I've traded off many, many packages of seed, & I still have them listed as '6'.

Pocola, OK(Zone 7a)

That sounds like a good plan. I also noticed how you have a pic of most everything you have in your tradelist, I really like that. I had planned on doing that once I got some stuff in my tradelist. I wish more people would do it. It's not that hard to do.

Seward, AK(Zone 3b)

It helps to have a digital camera. I use those pics on my seed packets, as well. It's nice to know what to expect when you spend the time germinating seeds. I have a real seed collecting jones, so trading gives me a good reason to keep doing it!

Atascadero, CA(Zone 8a)

I'd like to have some if you still have them left. Will email for your paypal e-address. Thanks a bunch! ;-D Janet

Premont, TX(Zone 9b)

Pocola, OK(Zone 7a)

Whoa dstartz, if you put seeds in the packet, you don't need to include postage. That's called a "trade" dearie!

I offered; you accepted. That's all that matters. ; - >

Hope you enjoy them.!

Seymour, IN(Zone 5b)

I would like some of these seeds. Will pay by paypal. They look easy and I need easy! Thanks, Lou E-mail your paypal address and I will get it out to you at once. Lou (Dispatcher1)

Pocola, OK(Zone 7a)

I just realized that I forgot to say for SASE OR Trade. For those of you who sent both, I will gladly send something else back using the stamps that you sent me. I'll email you on an individual basis with a list of what I have.

Dispatcher1, I need to know if you are sending to my personal account or business account. Also, although Marigolds are easy, they may take 1 to 3 weeks to germinate. You just have to be patient. Someone else may be able to give you better tips than I can. I just sow them in the ground and accept what comes up. Once you have one plant (and you will have many from what I send you), you will have seeds for life, if you so desire.

Thanks, Sherri

Seward, AK(Zone 3b)

sherri, you don't owe me a thing. I just offered to send some seeds along in my envelope. I just hate spending money to send stamps, so I prefer to send you seeds. Don't worry a bit about it.

Ditto!

Lewisburg, KY(Zone 6a)

Hi, Sherri
If you have a few left, please send a pkg east. :) I do not think I have seen a bicolor marigold before. I have raised a bunch of the regulars, stinky but they do make a show, if you have a lot of them. What company did they come from?
Teresa

I have lots of seeds if you are looking for anything in particular. Let me know.

Pocola, OK(Zone 7a)

Honey, I have enough for the entire army. I'll take a look at your list and let you know. As for what company they came from........I got them in 6 packs at walmart this last spring. They start out almost all dark gold, or whatever you call it, with a tiny band of lighter gold around the edge and slowly progress to the bicolor bands. By the time the plants are old, the flowers are smaller and start looking more like Naughty Marietta, but not quite that extreme.

Brooksville, FL(Zone 9a)

Sherri - I'd love to try some - I'll send $$ via paypal cash transfer. I'll email you for your paypal account.

Thanks,
Onalee

Pocola, OK(Zone 7a)

If there is anyone else I missed and you don't have your seeds yet, please let me know.

I still have plenty more for anyone just now reading this.
Sherri

Homosassa, FL(Zone 9a)

Pocola, OK(Zone 7a)

Sherri

Pocola, OK(Zone 7a)

Sherri

Pocola, OK(Zone 7a)

BethG_58 and Gardenprincess, yours are ready to go in the mail.

Pocola, OK(Zone 7a)

Osteole, that's pretty close to what mine look like now, the old ones anyway. Do yours start out with the bicolor or start out solid? Here's a pic of mine when they are new.

Pocola, OK(Zone 7a)

Oops! Let's try that again. Newer plant:
