I was e-mailed this morning and this DG member is from another country. This message is appearing up and he is not able to get in for awhile now. I didn't know where to post this -so I thought here, and that maybe someone could indicate the meaning of this message?

Ingrid, this message does indicate that there might be a problem with this members ISP and should contact them to try to resolve this.

Davesgarden access problem is still exist. I am now in an other city , This site is blockedonly in my city. I am trying in solving this with the ISP ofmy city.As I toldyou I am living in" Kashmir "
kashmir is a diputed area between Pakistan and India, so due to sensitive area thia site will be blocked in my city. Now I am in Pakistani city.
