Win XP Firefox 1.0 - Auto Dial-Up

It's got to be a feature here. I can't imagine IE 6.0 has it, and Firefox doesn't.

Where is the setting, so, when I open Firefox, it will automatically connect me to the internet via the dial-up connection I already have established? i.e. when I'd open IE, it would auto-connect ... where is that in Firefox?
