Have for postage: Henna

Brookeville, MD(Zone 7a)

I have 5 henna plants for postage, I'd prefer one per customer to give everyone a chance. A 3.85 priority stamp is preffered and PLEASE post here so people will know when the five are taken. These are growing in 2.5" jiffy pots. Henna is sensitive to temperatures and might lose their leaves during shipping but will put them back on.

This is Lawsonia inermis which is used in the production of making Mehndi (henna dye). They can be planted outside in full sun in zones 9+ or can be overwintered and/or be houseplants. Make sure not to overwater.

would you consider tossing them in my box-i sent 3.85 for postage for butterfly bush-will send more! :)

Capt, I looked on the PDB at this. It is beautiful but is it a tree? I am zone 7. I have just started an Oleander. Is it anything like that? Jeanette

It can grow into a small tree if planted in the ground. I don't think it has any similarities to oleander.

Hi, Capt!

I would definitely be interested if you still have one available. I can pick up a priority stamp tomorrow morning and get it right off to you.

Hi Capt, I guess this will make the 5? I would love to have one. I didn't mean that it was like dOleander. I meant it would stay about the same size if grown in the house.
