I want to start a thread on this subject since it came up several times on the weight loss challenge thread.
I am definitely an emotional eater. I eat when I am depressed, feeling less secure and feeling bored. When I am in that state, my body goes primative and looks for complex carb and fat. I don't have a sweet tooth. But pile up the potato, pasta, and rice!
I know my weakness and I want to overcome it. I would like to hear everybody's comments and advices on emotional eating. Help me!
