In the spring I over did w/ water weights in water aerobics and my right shoulder was in severe pain. Dr sent me to phyical therapist where I learned some exercises. It was all getting better and my 3 Advil at bedtime was cut back. I ignored my exercise routine for a 10 day period and I am back to lots of pain killers to sleep. Someone tell me you have turned this situation around w/ exercise. I am so limited w/ this shoulder. To reach quickly is painful. I want good encouraging news. I am 56 but really really really young at heart>!!! does that help?
