Colour Clash?

(Zone 8b)

I think some one should tell this chap he clashes with the hibiscus!
I think he is a Cloudless Giant but would appreciate a confirmation if pos. He wouldn't settle with his wings open, but I couldn't spot any black markings on his top as I watched him dancing round me.

Nothing clashes in the garden. :-)

Your right, of course, but its odd isn't it that if you wore those two colours, yourself, you would look distinctly garish! ; > )

I wonder why the contradiction. Must be a cultural thing. :-)

how pretty. He looks like leaves. You are right. What's beautiful in the garden, looks pretty awful elsewhere. Maybe it's a nature thing.

Gorgeous pic Okas! I love the bright and cheery colors :-)

John, I'm with you....don't care what any of those gardening/landscaping "experts" have to say about it...the more colorful, the better in my book. When I hear someone on one of those gardening shows saying how this bright yellow flower has to be placed at least so and so many plants away from the pink flowering other plant because otherwise it would be way too loud a combination....well it just cracks me up. I say BRING ON THE LOUD COMBOS! :-)
