& Several hardy hibisus
seeds.

Would like to get a start
of bruge seeds... Send
me A SASE & let me know
what seeds you need.

Also I could use Begonia
& cala lily bubs if
anyone has any extras.

Des Moines, IA(Zone 5a)

There are several hardy
hibiscus that don,t
produce seeds, I have
seeds from 5 colors,
All white!! hundreds of
seeds,white with red
center,will have
Several dozen seeds.
red- dozens of seeds,
dark pink-dozen of
seeds-pink & white
dozen of seeds.

ROSES: Will have
several colors of
seeds. Yellow -pink-
Purple -orange-reds.

Here is one thing I
learned from -ECLIPSE!
SOAK your seeds in
warm water over night
& that don't mean
put the seeds in a pan
of warm water & leave
them,The water will
cool down & will not
soffen the seeds.

I put a oil filled
heater under a card
table & set the seeds
on top & to soak over
night, Then the next
day I planted them &
keep the same heat
under them & in 3
days they started to
come up. ( Heat makes
A big difference)

You don't have to
nick your seeds if you
keep the seeds warm,
The heat keeps the
seeds soft,I have seen
seeds take 4 to 6 weeks
to come up & will come up
a lot faster with heat.

I will give my E -mail
address for those wants
seeds.

Jerry, I'm interested in some rose seeds. Have never tried them before so you will have to talk me through growing them. I'll email you.

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

I would love rose seeds. I have several brug seeds I can share.

Would love some of your hardy hibiscus seeds. (May I ask what the bloom colors are?)

I would be happy to share from my trade list http://davesgarden.com/trading/tl/dstartz/ and would be willing to even share a few seeds from my traded list http://davesgarden.com/journal/j/vbc/dstartz/23406/

Des Moines, IA(Zone 5a)

Hi Dstartz...
I have several colors that I will send you & I have A yellow hibiscus that I got from Brugie that you have to pick the seeds from each fall because they will not make through the winter like the hardy hibiscus will.It grows about 6 ft tall & is beautiful.

The colors of the hardy hibiscus are: all white
white with red centers:
Red:
Dark pink:
light pink & white:
I will send you some of each color
& I don't keep track of the names
of each because about everyone has a different name for the same color of hibiscus.

After I send you the seeds if you have any yellow or white brugs seeds I could use a couple of them.

I will send you my E-mail & home address. My e-mail is

I just noticed that you want calla lily bulbs. I have several extra white ones. If this is what you are looking for, let me know. Thanks.

Des Moines, IA(Zone 5a)

Thanks lilystorm for
the offer of the white
calla lilys. I have a
few whites But if
anyone has any black
calla lilys or any
odd colors of bugonias
let me know.

I will be starting to
mail seeds tomorrow to
the ones that sent me
SASE bubble wrap
mailers. The rose hips
are still green & are
starting to turn orange
so anyone that gets
rose seeds will have to
let them dry out a
little.

I have recieved some
E-mail about seeds but
some have not sent their
address just e-mail
address, I have plenty
of bubble mailers & I am
going to use baggies
instead coin envelops
because at Office Max
they only sell the coin
ones in lots of 500 & I
will never use that many.

Jerry.
