HELP-EMAIL VIRUS??

I got a message in my email today. It looked like one of those messages you get when you sent to a email that has problems and it gets bounced back. Well the @emailaddress.com didn't show up in inbox email address row so I clicked on it. It wasn't the real delivery notification, it was obviously something else! It had the attatchment sign next to it, but I didn't click on any of the links in the email.

So I thought nothing of it even though it was weird. Now, I tried signing into my email and it looked my inbox and trash folder weren't there and it said it was some kind of problem. So I didn't really read it, (like a computer illiterate idiot) and signed out to try again. Now, I can't get into my email at all! I know it's not the server b/c I was able to sign into my other email under the same provider.

Does anybody know what to do???? Why do people have to send viruses??
