Does anyone have a good source for an insecticidal bomb? Thanks

What you want to do?

I'd ask over on the Canadian forum. If I remember jagonjune used one last winter. Dr. Doom or something odd sounding like that.

Gumlla I don't know much about them but have heard of greehouses that use them and they kill all the pests. Thanks so much Liz, I thought they were quite common, but I guess not due to the lack of responses. Joelle

I'm kinda curious about them too.....
Thought about a flea bomb but not sure how that would effect the plant leaves

Liz is correct on the name. I used Dr Doom which is a natural insecticide made from the leaves of crysanthemums (sp?). It must be done in an enclosed space (not where other living creatures including yourself exist) and is most effective in the dark. I put my plants in a cupboard in the garage in the evening, started Dr Doom and took them out the next morning. Repeat every 3 days for 3 times to break egg/adult cycle. I did not have a problem with white fly, mites, fungus knats or other pests other than aphids which seem to defy all attacks by me. Have just finished the treatment for this year and am now going to go harvesting lady bugs and bring them in to help with aphds when they show up (cause I know they will). Bought the product at my local hydroponic shop. Hope this helps.

Thanks Jagonjune, I will google it! Joelle
