That is not a typical U. meninensis.
Probably a hybrid meninensis X buiningii or similar which may result in so called U. meninensis fa rubra

I think you should stress that this is U. meninensis v. rubra as Huntington has done. Just to avoid misleading viewers. Because a typical meninensis looks only green like this:
