Housplants wanted...

Canadaigua, NY(Zone 6b)

Hi everyone, I just moved to a new apartment, and have tons more room than I did in the previous one. I was just wondering if anyone had any houseplants they were looking to divide or get rid of. I'll pay whatever, as long as it's not rediculous. I'm big on Philos. but not the common ones(Ihave them). So look around. It's just a thought... Thanks, Meredith

I have henna seedlings, you know the dye plant. A string of pearls, cacti, succulents, I know there's other things but I just can't remember them right now.

CaptMicha
can you use henna on your hands? Here in indo pak henna is very famous, we draw designs on the hands of bridgromes.

I've been looking for string of pearls for a very long time... Where did you get it? I don't think you could send it throught the mail. It's fragile, so let me know... Mere ps- can you post pic's of the cacti and succulents?tx

Brookeville, MD(Zone 7a)

Gumlla- Yup! This is the same plant you guys have over in India. I have to bring it indoors in the winter though so it won't become a tree or a large bush but it does become a lush houseplant. I have yet to make the dye from it but these are young plants.

Hpluver- I've shipped them before w/o problems. I could pack them in peanuts so nothing would happen to them. I'll list the cacti and succulents tomorrow and try to post pics too.

Brookeville, MD(Zone 7a)

I forgot, you have to make sure to water the string of pearls frequently or the strands will dry up and turn brown and then you'd have to cut them off and have it grow out again. I'll take a pic of the plant.

Mifflintown, PA(Zone 6a)

No i cant send picture at this time. Can find it in plant database. It will be a small rooted cutting.
