Beautiful fish Moonlighting!!!

Needville, TX(Zone 9a)

Thank you!

Great pic, Moonlighting I wonder...do you think it might be the oxygen enriched water or do you think it might be the water movement??

Needville, TX(Zone 9a)

Funny you should mention that because I did wonder about that too. I think it was both because not only were they letting the water fall all over their bodies but they were opening their mouths and "drinking" it - I laughed when I saw that!

LOL, Moonlighting So we have proof positive that fish take "showers". lol

How big is your pond & how deep?? Those look like good size Kois. Did you raise them from babies??

How 'bout...do you have a thread that I can check instead of asking you a zillion questions?? lol

LOL....Sorry, no other threads about my pond. My pond is 1500 gallons - it is about 3 feet deep. My assortment of fish include goldfish (plain, fancytails and black moors), Koi, shubukins, algie eaters and guppies. I have raised all from babies. The my biggest fish are over 8 years old.

No showers it is just oxygen that they are after. That is where the most is.
