My apologies to all

Decatur, IN(Zone 5a)

I'm sorry I hadn't visited much here lately. I went thru a slump and am slowly trying to get back in the swing of things. In July I had a miscarriage which made me feel pretty blue. I tried to submerge myself into other activities which of course kept me busy but I also didn't feel like spending much time on the net as usual. I neglected my emails & friends & want to apologize. I'm feeling much better now but since volunteering in my kids school as librarian & room mom, I've got other activities on my hands. They keep me busy but atleast it gets me out of the house more. Laura is loving preK & Eric is doing great in Kindergarten. Its a hassle driving them to & from school but its well worth it for the better education they are getting. Anyhow I just wanted to apologize to anyone who wrote me and never got a reply from me. I'll try my best to do better from now on.

PS. I posted this in the mail call area but since this is where I mostly visit, I thought I'd post it here too.

Aww...Gemila, so sorry to hear that. Why does such bad things always happen to such good people? Anyway, good to see you here. I just recently joined this forum and didn't even realize many of my hoya friends were already here. Ha. Keep your chin up and time will help heal the sadness.

Gemila, My heart goes out to you & your family..... I know how tough that experience can be! I am just glad to hear you are OK and starting to heal emotionally as well as physically!
Getting involved at your kids school is a great way to get out of the house and be involved in thier education!
When Jesse was younger (6th grade now!!!) I used to go to school and chop a huge plant to pieces.... we would root the cuttings in water. I would go back and show them how to pot them up in Cool Whip tubs. Once they were well established I'd take in wicker baskets from the Dollar Store that were perfect for the tubs and send them home for Mothers Day! It was great fun! Enjoy it while they're young..... the day may come when it's uncool to have Mom at school!
Take care of yourself!
