After Darby's little buddy Sin Cola died last month, I figured to just let my old lady bobtail tuxedo Buddy Lu enjoy being the "only cat". After all, she had been low cat on the totem pole for years, and I figured she deserved a break from being hissed at and swatted for years.
But the Good Lord must have decided that I had more room in the house than I needed, because last Labor Day Sunday Darby and I found four kittens crying in the bushes while we took our morning walk in the park. Darby was very hesitant about getting into the back seat of the car with four rambunctious 8-week-old kitties, but once we were home he checked them out and decided that they were the cutest things he had ever seen. And the kittens loved him!
