I have just recovered from several days of problems with Service Pack 2, which has cause 4 trips to Microsoft trying to correct the problems. The final resolution was a Clean Install (UGH) which cleaned up the problem. But now I am shying away from trying it again, will wait a couple of months and then go. Now my question: I see DLA on my Add/Remove list, don't think I had it before. Looked for it in Search and found it listed 19 times. Is this something I need? Woody
