Hi all,
Does anyone have any stir-fry recipes that are fairly easy and fairly light? Or that could be lightened up by using less oil, etc.?
I love Szechwan chicken and Kung Pao Chicken and I like spicy foods, but I don't want the food to remove the mucus membranes from my mouth. (c:
I have found some recipes out on the internet, but I would like to know if anyone has any favorite recipes that they have made themselves and are particularly fond of?
Ingredients that can be found in an ordinary grocery store would be a plus. There are some Asian grocery stores fairly close, but I have not been that venturous so far.
