Looking for early spring bulbs

Very few of the dafs and siberian iris I planted last year showed up this past spring. Wondering if anyone has extras they'd like to trade. I have many perrenials and lots of iris. I don't know what color they are though. Any other hardy bulbs good for cutting or crocus would be great.

I have mixed glads still in a bag. I bought them thinking I could grow them here in Texas . Wrong . I live in zone 9 . I use to live in zone 6. I would be interested in iris., and daylilies. I have mixed kinds daffodils I thought I could use here also. Wrong again. Oh well, I will figure it out. lol LMK if you are interested in a trade. I want to find someone who could use them.
