Edible flower salad

Montezuma, NM(Zone 5b)

I started selling flowers and herbs at farmer's market this year. My best day was when I brought a bowl of hollyhocks and a mixture of herb flowers, johnny jump-ups and rose petals. What a hit! People were so curious. Well I'd only tasted the herb flowers at that point. I thought I ought to try out what I was pushing!

Here's what I came up with:
fresh salad greens tossed with rice wine vinegar
hollyhock flowers stuffed chicken taragon salad
sprinkle of johnny jump-ups and early blossoms of garlic chive flowers

chicken tarragon
1/2 chick breast
1/4 cup finely chopped or minced fresh tarragon
1/2 apple cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch cubes
mayonaise (whatever amount you like in your chicken salad

Here's a picture
I was so proud of this, I put it up on Market Growers but haven't heard any comments yet. Tell me honestly. What do you think?
