Hi, Budd's Nursery was in contact with me today and tried before but the other e-mail address was not connecting properly or something-BUT he finally was able.Don is one of the owners.
He gives discounts for anyone in Hosta Society I imagine in Ottawa. I will Dbl check on this to make sure.
He wants more information so I e-mailed him back with the aspect of what the principal of the idea was. Bottom line was- Buying volume in order to achieve a lower base price for all "us" gardeners.
Also, I mentioned Shannon may be going to the market this week-end and maybe she can elaberate or close any unanswered questions he may have. I think I gave him enough to go now to see if he would be interested. I don't think anyone has approached them for this type of purchase before.Either way he will be in contact again with me.
We'll have to keep our fingers crossed.
