First bloom soon.......

I have two new seedlings set to bloom soon, this is Rosamond (mother) X V. Orange (father) the buds look more like versicolor than aurea type. :-)

Look at all the buds for the first flush.

This is Rosamond (mother) X Ecuador pink (father) if it blooms white I quit!!LOL Lots of buds for a first flush too! 5 feet tall. :-)

Kyle.....can't wait to see these bloom. I sure hope Rosamond x EP is not white........because I don't want you to quit.

Kyle, they really love their home, they are so healthy, beautiful plants. Do you have any secrets you would like to share??!! I cannot wait to see how they turn out - do you think they would grow in the hot south??? What zone are you??

Thanks all, my secret?? 12-12-12 fertlizer tilled into the beds in spring and good ole black Iowa topsoil..it grows anything! thats the secret! :-)
