First bloom soon.......

I have two new seedlings set to bloom soon, this is Rosamond (mother) X V. Orange (father) the buds look more like versicolor than aurea type. :-)

Look at all the buds for the first flush.

Thanks all, my secret?? 12-12-12 fertlizer tilled into the beds in spring and good ole black Iowa topsoil..it grows anything! thats the secret! :-)
