She is a mini!
Pinkie! LOL a Mini!!
She's a cutie, Kell.
Adorable! I like her, Kell!
Nice. Any relation to Kells' Baby Girl?
WOW!!! Pinkie perked me up today and I needed it!!! I just love the tiny ones...and being pink is the icing for me...
Cute Kell. I hope she stays small.
Oh how CUTE!!!!
I love the tiny ones, is the plant small, too? That's what I REALLY want, an adorable little flower on a small plant! I love Butterfly, but the flowers seem too small compared to those elephant ear sized leaves. I want a mini Butterfly!
I just looked....she is mine!! I sure hope she stays small for as a big brug she is not that great!! It is all about size!
Her leaves are not that big. But who knows what tomorrow may bring. The plant is about 3 1/2 feet and very full. The big leaves at the bottom are from another plant. This one is shaped like a mini alley tree! I like it more each time I take a look at it. This one definitely needs to be grown from a cutting to see if it stays true and also bumped up to a bigger pot to see if that stimulates normal size leaves and flowers.
Kell, she is really a cute one. I'm glad you are going to keep her and see what happens.
WOW, a mini pinkie lol! She is cute.
Kell, I love her. Such a cute bush full of little pink mini-skirts !
She is a cutie patootie!
If she was a Golden Retriever, we would call her 'apartment sized', meaning she didn't measure in. In the case of pinkie, her size is an asset, just too cute!
Love those small ones! Its beautiful!
Love it.
Very dainty, just precious! Jenny
Kell, a beauty. I love it. The tendrils are longer on yours-more of an aurea influence? Mine clearly had the insignis influence showing. If you don't mind I would like to post a photo with them both side by side.
Definitely a little cutie Kell.
Thanks all. Poor thing was totally wilted when I got home from work. I had moved her to take her pic this morning and she had rooted thru her pot into the soil beneath and I tore those roots off. Then stupidly I left her out in the 90 degree sun. I thought the flowers were goners for sure! But she bounced back with just some minor damage.
Sure Barb!! Go ahead.
Here is a comparison pic of rosamond next to a just opened Pinkie!
Awwwwwwwww that is sweet!
Is it just me or do they look a lot alike??? I love the top pic, they look like mother and daughter...
It is beautiful Kell .... I still love that little white one. Glad your keeping it to see how she performs later. WTG!!!
Are Pinkie and the little white one sisters? If so, you may have found a cross that likes to throw mini plants. I love both of them, especially Pinkie. If she smells good too, she has everything that I like!
Actually Ronna, now that you mention it, this one has an incredible scent. I loved it last night. I find most brugs smell like soap to me. But this one didn't. My favorite scent is that which Arborea puts out. I wish I could bottle that one.
The little white one was a Golden Lady cross. Though the father may be the same. I can never remember. I will check today!
Sherry, yes, they look very similar actually and the same color.
I can just see a mini tree, wouldn't that be cute, and plant it with some tall trees. Would it be possible to grow a tiny tree with a tiny canopy ? I can not think of a reason it wouldn't work...
I've already started on it, Kell, and when I replace the reader card for my digital, I'll send photos. I covet the mini and the BF X L'A. I'm so ashamed, hanging my head low, yet there is an evil glint in my eye, and I'm thinking, now how far is CA from Arky, whew. I do love them both...
