Beautiful, htop! I've always loved them but never had the room.

trunnels, it is a beautiful specimen. When I take my walk around the neighborhood, I am so delighted to see it blowing in the wind and I recall fond memories of the one that grew across the street from my family home. We kids loved to play under it and pretend we were in a jungle. Thanks for your comment.

We are so much alike! We had a relative with one of these when I was young and we also played inside the circle of long dripping branches. I always wanted one, and planted twice but lost the trees both times. The one you have pictured is a very nice specimen. Glad you posted it.

Thanks, Hazel. How sweet of you to say that. I would be glad to be you sister!
