Doing a bit of "seed-surfing" -- and ran across this one in the UK. Seeds are expensive, but says cuttings are not easy.

Brugmansia sanguinea
Red Angels Trumpet
small 4ft to 12ft shrub from Peru and the Andes with 7" leaves and up to 1ft long flowers that are shaded from yellow to bright orange at the mouth. Easily grown from seed but can take two to three years to flower but maybe I have just been unlucky. Well worth the wait though and in ideal conditions should flower in the second year. Cuttings are hard to take so seed is the best option for this plant. It likes cool conditions and therefore ideally suited to planting outdoors during or relatively cool summers.
Is this one worth collecting?
They hate hot weather. I havn't had much luck with sangs... I got one to the bud stage but it just kept dropping the buds. I never did see it bloom. Seeds are for sale on e-bay all the time... you might find a good deal there if you shop around a bit.
I think Ireland (the country) hates hot weather, too. I don't think the temp has gotten over 70 deg all summer - I just got back from New Mexico and I thought I was going to die of heat exhaustion (after only a few months here).
Sounds like these might do well here... ;-)

Prudence is from Ireland and is growing one there. I believe she is having good luck so far.
