Isabella Blooms are gorgeous!

Isabells started blooming while I was in Indiana helping with my mom, so the first 2 blooms were limp and about done for when I got home, but she has 3 more blooms & it looks like about 9 very small buds are forming. Wow! Didn't realize a plant this small would provide that many blooms.

I agree Jan. I have 3 of them and they probably get too much shade in my cool climate, but they have been in continuous bloom since they started in mid-July. Big Yella has only given me 4 blooms so far and Whiskers has only one bud. Waiting, waiting, waiting........

I'm just amazed at the size of the blooms on plants that aren't really that big. It isn't even as tall as I am (5'4"), What's going to be hard, is cutting it up this fall when I have to bring them in for the winter. I just don't have room to over winter them full size, but can you imagine how big it would be next spring. May have to try one of the smaller ones to see how it soes. I have 4 others that are pretty small compared to Isabella so I might try bringing one of them in.

It looks like Isabella does well in all climates. Mine blooms from spring until winter and our summer temps are extremely hot. Her continuous blooms is a reason she is one of my favorites. I hope you have many more blooms before you get cold weather. She sure is pretty.

I received this as 'Frosty', but understand that it is a 'Frosty NOT', the leaves are not wavy. Wonder if it might be Isabella?

Linda: I have an Isabella growing right beside a Frosty -- today they are both blooming and I shot this for comparison purposes. Isabella is in the rear. Yours sure looks like Isabella to me. My Frosty blooms are more ruffled around the edges:

Nice photo, thanks for the comparison. I'm sure mine is not a Frosty, the leaves are not wavy and I think the pink is too dark. Rather than make a guess, and since it was raised as Frosty, I think I'll just stick with calling it 'Frosty NOT'.

Linda, your blooms do look a lot like those on my Isabella. Whatever they are, they are sure pretty. I have about 9 more buds forming.
