hi guys...
years ago i read a book called 'lets cook it right' by Adelle Davis. does anyone have that book and / or use what she wrote? i need the info on cooking bird.... i know that we are sposed ta cook at a lower temp, around 150 to 160 degrees.... but i'm in need of the other info that esplains what to do to the bird prior to putting it in the oven.
ps... i have a 14 lb turkey that is taking up room in the freezer, n Donna needs that room for other goodies... lol
and... what Donna wants is the info on what to cover, bast, stuff it with... lol....
my bad was i told her what i could remember... that being that she should slow cook it, at an hour per pound.. now she asks for more detailed info... so, unless you guys fess up the info, i'm screwed. :D
well... gonna help me out??
lol... we have cool temps for the next few days, so time is of the essence here.
