What an appropriate name for this bright red Crepe Myrtle. I've not seen this vibrant red color in Crepe Myrtle before.

I had never seen it before either. I photographed it at a local nursery in bright afternoon sunlight. It is a truly beauftiful color. Thanks for your comments.

These are even more outstanding than usual this summer because we had lots of rain in the spring. So many blooms!
