I just got home from a trip to Atlanta where I met up with a group of about 12 friends from all over the country. Me living in Iowa and having never experienced a crab boil I had to share my wonderful experience. The friend who ended up cooking was straignt out of Louisiana so I am guessing it was pretty authentic, either way it was one of the best meals I have ever eaten in my life.
