It sure would be good for it, 'cause they need that cold 'Stratification' anyway.

Well I winter sowed most of my hosta but I don't know if it gets cold enough in Pakistan.
Sigh.... warm weather year round...

Anyways, what I do is I fill a sandwhich bag (you know, the press and seal kind, not the feezer ones with a zipper but you can if you have a lot of seed) half way w/ half perlite half peat sterilized (I'm big on that) and moist make sure it's not wet. Press your seed into the mixture, close the bag and leave in a fridge for 4 months at the least. You should start getting sprouts after it's been in warmth and light for a bit. Pretty easy huh?
