Natural fence/screen

I have a 20 foot industrial building at the very back of my yard. I would obviously like to screen that. I am planning on planting some evergreen trees back there, it gets full sun. I already put in 2 teeny leyland cypresses but need more trees/shrubs. I would like evergreens, so it's screened year round.

Any recommendations for evergreen trees that grow fast? How evergreen shrubs to fill in?

Any ideas of something else to grow there at least for the summer as a screen while we're waiting for the trees to grow? .
