It's about one year old and needs a home asap. It really needs to be potted, I've had it wrapped up to be shipped for the longest time and I won't even begin to think what the roots must look like.
Overall it's healthy and putting on new top growth but is losing bottom leaves. It should bounce back one potted.
I think it's zone 9 hardy or it'd look great in a pot.
