I'm being infested with grasshoppers. What's a man to do? Chewing the leaves was not too bad but now they seem to have found a sweet taste in the flowers. What have you used to thwart their gourmet cravings for brug flowers?

Both are beautiful, very pretty color.
There are some expensive products on the market, but I think I'd try good old Sevin. My grasshoppers don't bother the flowers much, but they sure do like the tomatoes. I sprayed my poppy bed earlier because they were thick in there and the Sevin worked...at least they quit working the poppies. Maybe it just moved them on to bigger and better things.
