I'm looking for these two:
Pink Queen of the Prairie/Meadow (Filipendula rubra) and Prairie Smoke (Geum triflorum). If you're not sure whether or not your queen of the prairie is the pink one, I'd rather not trade for it b/c I already have the white. I've had my heart set on these two for a long time and can't ever seem to find any.

Looking for Pink Queen of the Prairie/Meadow & Prairie Smoke
CaptMicha, I have Prairie Smoke growing wild around the edges of my property. I didn't anyone else knew what it was! (big grin here)
But since I don't know whether or not the foliage dies back after blooming I'll have to go out and check. I may not be able to find it until Spring. But before I check, I should make sure we're talking about the same plant. :-)

Edited to say: I checked...the plants are still there...let me know.

Oh my G-D! YES! I'd love to trade for it, that's the Prairie Smoke. You're so lucky!
Here's my trade list: http://davesgarden.com/trading/tl/CaptMicha/viewentry/35191/
Let me do a little checking to see if I can find the proper way to dig these up...it seems to me that they have a root system that doesn't take kindly to being ripped up. :-) I'll email you as soon as I find out. Okay?
