Seedling 04-101 day 1 and 3

Hattiesburg, MS(Zone 8a)

This seedling 04-101 Ecuador Pink x unknown. I was surprised to see the different colors. It opens bright pink and changes to a deep coral. Had to hold the deep coral up next to the pink-because I knocked it off moving the plant. I am very excited about it changing to the coral color. The walls of the corolla are thick and it is also a good producer of pollen even in the heat-and fragrant. No change or editing was made photographically.

Barbara,
I just posted a thread showing my first ever brug blooms and they are from an Ecuador Pink cutting I got from you on Ebay. Mine starts out white and then a couple of days later the blooms are a beautiful peach color. I don't think my picture does the color justice. I also bought cuttings from you of the Rosamond and Pink Beauty! Just wanted to say thanks!

Brinda-04 stands for 2004 the next number I start with 100 and go upward on the flower seeds from any one pod. Hope that makes sense. 101 means it is the first seedling to bloom from that pod The actual title would be 04-101 epxuk (Ecuador Pink x unknown ) (I use 100 because I have never had a pod with more than one hundred seeds.)

Barbara, that is such a great photo and a beautiful brug. So far I can only see buds on my seedling brugs, none have opened yet. Would love to have deep pink like yours. Donna
