Want to know why????? After seeing all pictures of your beautiful brugs and all tropicals so far my bananas are fine. I don't want to see my brugs! THey are ugly! Due why? Because I didn't give them much attention as I used to. Most of them all are bare and just few small leaves on it. They are in pots! They look like half dead! I feel so bad.. That's why I haven't post the pictures of my brugs lately!
I really need to plant them in ground so they will be happy. Right now.. I am stuck. Dh said dont plant in the ground yet. I said why? Cause we are going to have lots dirts that will be dump around here and level it. See our house is on high ground. We need to add lots of dirts around low ground to make it level. Wahhh.. I don't know any more. Dh don't want those to be near the house this time. If I do, I will have to dig them out then replant them.... too much to work plus my hands have been hurting for a while.. possible CTS.. I don't want pressure on hands..
I really want my yard to look like rootdoctor's ! Not fair! LOL
Feel Guilty....
Hummm, not so bad, wait till the dirt is all in and then you will be able to put them in the best spot for them and for you. It will all work out I know the summer is getting short but keep them going until next year and youll have the best lookin brugs around........
Come on perk up see it's not so bad........your gonna get a whole new yard.
:o)

Brugs are very forgiving plants. They will be okay, even if you can't plant them in the ground until spring. Don't get discouraged. Everything will be fine. Building a new home and getting the landscaping done, doesn't happen overnight.
LOL, Mini,I have worked my backyard for 10 years, this is the first year that I feel comfortable enough to show it,it is a labor of love, try not to be impatient, let DH bring in what dirt you need, and think about how nice it will be in 10 years.
Your garden will be wonderful next year...not to worry brugs are tough. I had to keep some seedlings on pots much longer than I should have, I had become ill,, when I did put them in I thought for sure they would die they looked so bad...But they came back it just took a little more time for them to get over it. Smile all will be well, cinnabor
You know I bet as soon as you guys get your dirt and get it all leveled off you can start planting and all will really start a bouncing back. We have been remodeling for the last year and my yard has been all torn up, rain has put huge gullies down my bank. It has not been pretty. It has been black pot city around here and gosh knows how many times I have moved them, always seemed to be in the way. Cheer up ... maybe if you repot your brugs now, then when your dirt is all leveled off they will have a great start. They will feel better and I am sure you will too!!! Your growing season is longer than ours ... it will all work out!
Don't feel bad,my yard is a disater area
The only brugs that got in the ground were the seedlings,
everything else is in ugly pots .and they all have to get in the GH in the next few weeks...its been in the 40's at night.........
So don't sweat it
They can go in the ground next year
lifes too short to sweat the small stuff.......
Right, CC.
Thanks you all. Now I feel better.. Now, my brugs look happy and little green since it rained here yesteday and other day. I have two that re getting lots of attention.. One in front porch and one in back porch which they are tree but need to be repot in big pot. Tonight, one of them bloomed! It's Pink/Peach. I was surpised to see it bloom.. It made me feeling better. LOL..
Rootdoctor.. I love tropicals and trying to collect any tropicals that can be leave in ground around year so I don't have to bring them inside for the winter. Poor my bananas cause they should be tall but instead they are short cause i didn't give them plenty water where we used to live in trailer in backyard. I water them often but now. Our dirts are sand/dirt mix.. Easy to dig..
Today, We was riding around and Dh said that house had neat and beatiful small garden. I told DH.. it would look like that if he bring some dirts around to level it then i would go ahead and plant some plants around.. I think next year or two year, our plants around house will be settle and growing beautiful. one thing.. I CAN'T WAIT! because I want to sit down and enjoy look at them instead look at those dirts! LOL
