thats assuming the birds havent gotten them off the table :( (I dont know variety-I have some green ones and some dark ones)
I am NOT a seed person so I dont know what to do with them but if you want them, I'm sure you do :)
you can look at my trade list, if sending seed it would need to be a perrenial that is "foolproof" :)
charlotte
would someone like to trade for some jack in the pulpit seed
also, if seed , one that produces true to parent.
See...I told you I didnt know much about seeds... :)
i really want some i do very much.. what looking for in seeds have lots/.. twyla
I just gathered a mess of four o'clock seeds. They're solid fushia and fushia/gold. They are the easiest seeds to start, and they're perrenials, so you only have to plant them once. They'd do great in SC. I also have some (separated) purple, hot pink, and soft pink (though not many) touch me knots (a member of the impatience family). Let me know if you're interested in any of these. I offer these after you have discussed the seeds that hope43 has. Don't want to step on toes at all.

Carmen, I'm so sorry its took me so long to answer your reply. I havent really learned how to move around in Daves and found this post while looking for a specific topic I had posted earlier. I would be glad to send you some seeds but rain from hurricane Ivan washed them all down the creek. I am NOT kidding, I had to wade down stream and pick up many pots of stuff.
Maybe next year.
thanks
charlotte
Oh, Charlotte, I feel so bad for you. We had Ivan come right through here, too. The kids were out 2 days of school due to no electricity. Our yard backed up with water, but my dh knew how to "unplug" a couple of areas so that the water could fly down the ditch.
I hope you haven't lost too many plants and ornaments from your yard. We'll just have to have a major swap next spring to divvy up what has survivied all these nasty hurricanes and tornadoes that come through with them.
Take care, and thanks for writing.
Carmen
Hey, I went out this morning to pull off some seed pods I'd promised to another DGer and they, too, were washed away. That Ivan sure is a PIA! And I'm all the way up in NY. Can't even imagine what it was like down south. Let's hope this is the last of it!
