Found a sale I just couldn't pass up today. I got 2 nice size blooming Hibiscus in, I guess, 2 gallon size pots (pots are almost 1' across), one is Christmas Frost for only $8, the other didn't have a name tag on it, but I had to have it. Does anyone have a guess as to it's name?? It's almost a brownish with white splotches and a pink center.

Great looking hibiscus. Sounds like an even better deal $$ wise. I wouldn't even have the foggiest idea how to find one to compare. By the way....my MG babies didn't make it. They just wouldn't grow past about two inches tall. Andersonii, I believe were the seeds your mom sent me. I was so miffed. Guess I'll just order a plant next spring. Thanks for sharing. If I get seeds we will try again.

I went up to Racine, WI to Milaegers to their tent sale. I love that place!!! I may stop by again next week, I have to go to the vet Thurs anyway, and one of their stores is right down the street!!
(Yes, I go to a vet almost an hour away, but it's hard to find someone who specializes in sighthounds!!)

I was up at Mileagers last week, and I was impressed by some hibiscus plants. There were 3 stems in the pot, and they were braided. They were topped by beautiful red flowers. Plus at half price, they were only $8.00! I am so sorry now I didn't pick up several. I suppose by now they are all gone.
