?about color change in the bloom process

Fountain, FL(Zone 8a)

Being my first year to have brugs, with only one so far blooming,I am finding them/it fascinating. When the bloom starts to emerge from the calyx it looks yellow, then white. Once in bloom the outer edge is pale pink but darkens to peach(?). Had one open yesterday the way I'm used to seeing with 2 on the way. One is looking yellow while the other is partially yellow and peach. Is this somewhat normal or a fluke? It'll be interesting to see how it looks when it's open all the way. First pic is the one showing yellow.

Everything is moving normally. Just hang in there. Sometimes it takes a day or two before the whole flower gets the normal color. Looks like it will be pretty when it is colored up.

Lovely Ginger! You have a very healty looking plant! Mine all look like they have "lace" leaves thanks to the caterpillars and grasshoppers!
