I'm like you Sue, do most of my trading silently, with emails, have not been disappointed.
I have been busy today trying to leave comments for those that have been so gracious to give of their time and plants. :) I'm worried I'll leave someone out.
I have been doing the same thing badseed... I left one for you it was POSITIVE.. for being so great... and if you ever see anything I have you want you are more than welcome to it...

It kinda makes me think though if you send somebody something for postage what if they hate it? I think now I would rather someone not pay me if they don't like it.. but it is getting to the point were I can't give my tropicals away...LOL

Has this been put into effect yet? If so, where do you do it at? I would like to know because in the more than 3 yrs. I've been trading, I got my first "stiffed" by someone on this site, and it doesn't make me too happy. I don't like it that we have to go to this sort of system, but weeding-out the bad apples early will help others to not have to go through what maybe we've experienced. We need to watch-out for one another.

Ahh! I see it. When I clicked on your name it took me to your page, and ewhen I clicked to see "Member Feedback concerning grayse2" it gave ma a link to leave feedback for you.
Of course you and I have had no trades so there was no feedback for me to leave.

Wow! I just saw it, I don't even remember who I've traded with here in the past, But i'll certainly keep up with it from now on, this is good that we can rate our bad traders, Unbelievable about humblebumble, She asked me for a huge trade. It fell through though.

I think it's great to have a way to get some feedback and to give it. That way people won't be reluctant to trade with some of us who are newer. All the trades I've done so far have turned out wonderful. I'll get some feedback left for those of you whom I have traded with and appreciate the feedback you have left for me.

I just hope people will leave feedback when I trade. I've been an avid eBayer for years and I have maybe 1 feedback for every 3 purchases.
The really good thing about this rating system is Dave, et al. will work with us if someone tries to leave undeserved bad ratings - unlike eBay where I've been burned by a few unkind people....
Although I have been actively trading seeds recently without the ratings in place I will be glad for it to take hold. I recently sent some seeds and heard nothing back for over a week (2 day shipping). I was starting to think I had been stiffed. Had I had feedback to fall back on I wouldn't have been near as concerned.

I think this is a very, very good idea. Maybe this will catch the dishonest ones,there seems to be a few...If I am seeing negatives on someones profile, nope, no ,nodda I am not trading.
It is good to be fair and patient because things to come up and yes things do get lost in the mail.
I always come through with my plants and seeds trades and everyone else should do the same.
We have enough stress in everyday life we don't need others ripping us off. No one likes that.
I have traded with some wonderful people here and will continue doing so.
I've had alot of enjoyment out of this site.
I will try within the next week or two to update everyone whom I have traded with .Unfortunately I have not kept all e-mails so I will do my best.
I think it's a good idea when used correctly and fairly. Wouldn't you want to be warned if you're about to send a plant to some one and they have a history of not sending their end in return?
