4 cucumbers
1/4 c. chopped mint
3 (8 oz.) containers of plain yogurt
Salt and pepper
Peel cucumbers and cut into small pieces. Add mint and 2 containers of the yogurt and the salt and pepper to taste. Mix and chill for exactly 2 hours (the salad reaches its peak flavor at this time.) Drain off excess water and add the remaining yogurt, stir well and chill again briefly.
