Nice healthy looking plant, but couldn't see the color of the bloom. Is it pink?
The leaves look shiny, are they? If so, it is probably tropical?? Does it say hardy?
It's what we call Hardy Pink Hibiscus here in Texas. Dies to the ground in the winter and returns in the spring. Doesn't flower until early summer.

My grocery is selling one with a flower like that called "Galaxy". I can't remember right off what the leaves look like but I almost bought it. LOL
