Very useful in winters and this soup is good for joint pains.
2 cows feet, cut in sm. pieces
5 fresh chopped carrots
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can green peas (unfrozen)
2 pkgs. canned biscuits
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper (black)
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
3 tbsp. hot sauce
2 capfuls vinegar
Fill large pot with water. Boil cows feet until tender, with salt, pepper (black and crushed), vinegar and hot sauce, then add spinach, carrots, onions and peas. Cook until almost done. Then add biscuits. Make sure there is lots of juice.
